My guppy has white bumps on its tail and dorsal fin. What is it?

Pet's info: Fish | Freshwater Fish | Male

It’s about my guppie. I have had them for about 6 months and I just noticed today that one of the guppies has bumps on its tail and dorsal fin. I’m not sure if there is anything I can do about it? They are on both sides of the tail and top middle of fin.
