My cat eats constantly, loses weight, has diarrhea, tests negative. Why?

cat eats constantly lost a lot of weight.Blood work checked for diabetes, over active thyroid etc all came back negative. She has some dirrahera I don't understand what is going on. Pet's info: Cat | American Shorthair | Female | 4 lbs

If thyroid levels are in normal range then the most common differential diagnosis is Lymphoma which is a type of cancer, unfortunately it is more difficult to diagnose, an experienced ultrasound specialist vet will be able to confirm or rule it out.
