Updated On September 23rd, 2025

Pet's info: Cat | Himalayan | Female | unspayed | 7 months and 6 days old | 6.6 lbs

Hi. Is it wrong to give my kitty cold food. Coz the food needs to be kept in the refrigerator & Whenever she's hungry I need to get it out immediately. She also eats more when it's cold than it's newly opened

That’s fine. Often we feed warm food to make it more appealing. If she likes it cold and is eating well then there is no problem. Just like us many people enjoy cold food especially when it’s warm out. Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach to help you care for Noushmc.
