Why does my 9-year-old dog's nose bleed every spring and he's weak?

Dear sir please help me!!!! My 9year tobo bleeding from nose,its starting every year march- April... But now he is very weak.. Many veterinary expart cant help me. Approx 400-500ml blood out from his nose. Please sir help me

Nose bleeding is usually either caused by an infection called "Tick fever", a fungal infection in the nose or a tumor in the nasal cavity. you must take him to the vet in order to get it checked and treated, it is a very serious symptom and there is nothing you can do to help him at home.
