My dog was sprayed by a cat in heat. Is it harmful or dangerous?

By the smell, it seems Jasper has been sprayed by a cat in heat. It wasn't one of our cats since they're both done, but there's a cat that walks around our neighbourhood so we suspect it was him. We have Jasper a bath, can it harm him in any way? Pet's info: Dog | Golden Retriever | Male | neutered | 2 months and 30 days old
