Why is my puppy so tired after bath, treat, and first shots?

Question

I bathed my two month old puppy today and gave him a treat after as a reward. Then he suddenly became very like tired and lazy. Hes just sleeping and normally even if hes tired we can run around and throw toys around and he will start to get excited. I just wanted to ask if its normal due to getting bathed and eating a treat or maybe if he didnt react well to the treat or something. Also, he got his first round of shots yesterday so maybe that has something to do with it? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Male | unneutered | 2 months and 7 days old | 3 lbs

This should subside within 1-2 days. If it does not improve or it worsens, have Willy evaluated by a veterinarian for further assessment and treatment.
