Pet's info: Cat | Persian | Female | unspayed | 3 months and 30 days old | 2 lbs
My new momma Persian cat which littered two days ago is having moderate dysentry but she is eating well. Her stools are smelling very bad which wasn't the case before. Is it normal or should I check with the veterinarian? She is 1.5 years old and feeding 3 kittens. We are feeding Meow and Royal canine food. Please let me know next steps.

This can be normal for a new Mom. Give her a few more days to see if it improves. If it worsens or she not eating and not feeling well then take her in right away. I would not give her any medication or change the food at this point. Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach to help you care for Sia.
