Good evening We got a new kitten 2 weeks ago and a few days ago we noticed that his third eyelid is showing....this only seems to happen at night and it comes and goes depending on how much he is playing....during the day he is extremely playful and absolutely fine, however at night this has started to appear the past few nights....it shows then disappears constantly as the night goes on...he have no idea if we should be worried!

This can be a sign of sickness or an infection in cats. however, since he is normal in the day,he may be tired at night and the eyelid comes out. If there is no squinting or ocular discharge, and no sneezing, then i would not worry at this point. Monitor his activity level and eating habits and if any changes are noted, then i would get him checked
