My puppy has a popped zit on her lip. Is home treatment safe?

Hello! Just writing to confirm my instinct. I think this is just a big zit thats popped on its own. Should I put a hot compress on it? the last is a similar zit on her top lip. Should I leave them alone? Thank you.

Thank you for submitting your question regarding Zephyra. She will need to see her veterinarian as is so young. She could have a skin infection (in which case don't pop the pustules) or a rare condition known as puppy strangles. Her doctor will be able to differentiate and recommend treatment. In the meantime, keep the area clean and dry. I hope this information helps!
