My cat with kidney disease hasn't eaten in days. Is it an emergency?

My cat aria hasnt eaten in a few days and we cant get her into the vet til monday she had kidney failure but after 2 days at the vet on an iv she was back to normal this was 3-28-18. Now she wont eat anything we even got her the vets emergency cat food they use to get pets to eat when they wont but she isnt eating it i dont know what to do please help. You do need to get Aria into a vet immediately, this cannot wait until Monday. When cats don't eat going on 72 hours, they develop a fatty liver which is fatal without treatment. This needed to be avoided, which is why I'm saying she has to go into a vet now. Please take her into an ER vet clinic; if there isn't one in your area, there will be a vet on call for emergencies. The information to reach that vet is found on a clinic's answering machine or website. Best of luck!
