My dog pip and his brother was neutered at home by banding, my stepdad did it, i argued with him not to, because i knew the consequences, but he insisted and i had no choice, his brother makkachin died (thats another story), pip survived but only a testicle came off, now hes left with a testicle hanging off an open wound, what should i do to help it heal faster? i know that a vet visit is the best, but my mom has no time to spare, but I'll make her go with me anyways, but what can i do still?

Banding is cruel and not the correct way to castrate a dog. You mustg take Pip to a vet for the testicle to be removed and the wound to be closed. Pip will also need antibiotics and pain medicine. You can put a cloth around Pip in the area of the testicle so the testicle and wound do not get dirty until you take him to a vet. You need to take him to a vet now.
