Why is my dog throwing up, sad, and sleeping a lot after vacation?

I came back from holiday and my dog keeps throwing up and not wanting to play is something wrong he also seems a bit sad but when we are on walks he is completely fine. He just wants to sleep all the time. Is something wrong? Pet's info: Dog | Shiba Inu | Male | unneutered

Poor Kenji! This definitely doesn't seem like normal activity. It is not normal for a dog to vomit often. It could be viral infection, parasites, a GI obstruction, a foreign body, and much more. Since he is sleeping a lot as well, I would have your vet take a look at him. Your vet will be able to try and determine the cause and get him started on some meds to help him feel better. They will also be able to assess his hydration and give him fluids if needed. I Hope this helps!
