My dog has red bumps on his skin. What are these and should I be concerned?

Pet's info: Dog | French Bulldog | Male | unneutered | 8 months and 21 days old | 22 lbs

So I noticed jules has these like red bumps it doesn't look like it's bleeding, I don't know what it is and should I be worried

Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! This is likely a reaction to something in the environment causing mild dermatitis. I would continue to monitor it for the next 48 hours. If it does not improve or it worsens, have Jules evaluated by your veterinarian for further assessment and treatment. If it is just mild local irritation, it is expected to resolve relatively quickly. Good luck and have a great day!

    It’s hard to tell what those are from the photos. They could be a bacterial infection, a wart, a skin tumor or ringworm (which humans can get). Monitor them very closely for changes, irritation or itchiness as this could be a sign of pathology. The safest option is to have these lesions examined by the veterinarian. If the doctor is concerned with a skin tumor/cancer, they will recommend testing. Best of luck and please feel free to post any additional questions.
