My dog has red bumps on his skin. What are these and should I be concerned?

So I noticed jules has these like red bumps it doesn't look like it's bleeding, I don't know what it is and should I be worried. Pet's info: Dog | French Bulldog | Male | unneutered | 8 months and 21 days old | 22 lbs
