My dog has a red blister on his privates. Can it wait for boosters?

My dog has redness and inflammation right on the end of his prepuce (what looks like a blister). He excessively licks it, he has shown a decrease in appetite and has been slightly lethargic. I have an appointment for him to get boosters in a couple days, does this sound like something that can wait until then? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Male | neutered | 4 months and 12 days old | 25 lbs

Based on the picture you provided, I suspect this may be a blister or pustule due to a skin infection. Waiting until your vaccine booster appointment should be absolutely fine and the veterinarian can address it at this time.
