Hi, my cat is 14, an indoor kitty, was at the Veterinarian last week for a bad URI. She was given Clindamycin to be taken 2x daily. She's developed fecal. Pet's info: Cat | Domestic Shorthair | Female | 14 years and 1 month old | 8 lbs

Sometimes clindamycin can cause severe diarrhea. In that case you should stop giving the clindamycin and take Joy back to your vet for a recheck and a change of antibiotic medication. It is not a common side effect, but a known one.
