My dog is suddenly whining and crying non-stop. Is she in pain?

Pet's info: Dog | Miniature Pinscher | Female | 6 lbs

I need help please, is it normal to suddenly start constantly whining and crying? It's been pretty much non stop for 24 hrs, I have tried everything I could think of to help her. I've had her almost 3 yrs Shes not a whiner, she's my spoiled diva lol. She's Rehomed to me so I'm worried about exact age, I got next to no info.im devastating thinking she's hurt? I live in a rural area with no vets in my town.

No, it's not normal for Peppa to be whining and crying constantly for 24 hours non-stop, and I would be concerned that she is in a lot of pain. She really does need to see a vet for this as soon as possible, as there isn't anything you can do for her at home. I see you live in Vandalia, MO. There are some emergency veterinary clinics but they are mourned 50-68 miles away from Vandalia. In this case, I think it's worth the drive there. I will put the link below for these clinics so you can call them and let them know you are bringing Peppa in for emergency care.
