Why is my puppy inactive and not standing after her second vaccine?

I gave my vet second vaccine after that she ate food but not active not standing also. Pet's info: Dog | German Shepherd | Female | 3 months and 8 days old

Poor Kajal. It is normally for them to be a little sleepy after vaccines. If she truly cannot stand even when you make her then I would take her to your vet immediately or an emergency clinic as this is not normal. She could be having a serious vaccine reaction. I hope this helps!
