My puppy's tail bone is visible after injury. Will the skin grow back?

Pet's info: Dog | Pomeranian | Male | unneutered | 7 months and 11 days old | 6 lbs

Puppy pomeranian 7 months old get tip of tail caught on to bar stool chair. I stopped the bleeding and cleaned the area and applied antibiotic ointment. I can see the tip of the bone. Will the skin grow back?

The skin will probably not grow back and the tail will probably go through a process of necrosis, which may put his life in danger. i strongly recommend taking him to the vet, the tip of the tail will probably need to be amputated.
