My cat has lymphoma with mixed types. What treatment should I get?

My cat was diagnosed with low cell lymphoma from the pathologist however today I was told he has both high and low grade lymphoma and he has both b and t cells what form of treatment should he get

It seems unusual to have both B and T cell lymphoma and both high and low grade lymphoma. Lymphoma is generally treated with chemotherapy, although the cell type and grade can influence what protocol and drugs are used. I would recommend seeing a veterinary oncologist to help interpret the pathologist's findings. They can also recommend a chemotherapy protocol.
