My puppy ate a small piece of tinfoil. Could it affect her? Will she be alright?

If the piece of tinfoil was indeed very small then it will likely leave the body the natural way via the feces. There is a slight chance that it could cause an obstruction, so I would watch Bailey for diarrhea and vomiting and lethargy. If this happens, he will need to be taken to the vet for an x-ray. You can feed him a few spoon-fuls of sauerkraut, which will wrap around the foil and expedite it through the intestines. The sauerkraut may make the stool softer, as it is a natural laxative.
