My dog threw up blood after a kennel stay. Is this an emergency?

Hi, while we were on vacation, my dog went to a dog kennel for 11 days. Before we left, he threw up (he was eating all sorts of things outside). But last night, he started throwing up blood. What could this be? Pet's info: Dog | Labradoodle | Male | neutered | 3 years and 3 months old | 30 lbs

It sounds as Enzo is suffering from a gastrointestinal condition, possibly an infection. it could also be due to ingestion of a foreign body material. i would recommend taking him to the vet urgently as vomiting blood is a serious symptom, he will need to be checked first, if the vet thinks it's a simple gastrointestinal infection he will need an anti vomiting injection, antibiotics and a special food for a few days in order to get better.
