What can I give my sneezing maltipoo puppy for a cold or allergies?

I have a 3-4 month old maltipoo (she weighs about 2lbs) and she has been sneezing for about a week, is there anything I can give her for her cold? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Female | unspayed | 2 months and 16 days old | 2 lbs

I would try Benadryl twice a day to see if this helps in case it is allergy related. See link below. If it doesn’t or if she gets worse, then I would be worried about an infection. With her being so small and young, I would have your vet take a look at her. Your vet will be able determine what is wrong and start her on the proper meds to help her feel better.
