How do I get my puppy to go potty outside and not in the house like knows how to tell me has to go potty and wants to go potty outside because there is times that he does it but then there are a lot of times that he just chooses to go potty inside instead of telling me he needs to go out why does he do this and how do I get him to go potty outside every time?
