My neighbor's cat has a giant face tumor covering eyes. How to help?

One of my neighbors has a car with a giant sac like tumor on his face. The it’s so big his eyes and nose seem to be covered. I just want to know what it could be and how I could help. Pet's info: Cat | Domestic Shorthair | Male

Oh my, the poor cat. this certainly should be seen by a vet and be at least debulked, if possible. The tumor is actually so big, it may not be possible to remove it. However I think it should be examined and assessed by a vet.
