My cat is in severe pain, vomiting, and can't pee. Is it an emergency?

My cat seems to be in pain..she seems to be unable to pee and in much discomfort.. She doesnt want me hardly petting her body near her hind in which is very unusual of her... she has pooped and i saw her eat some but threw it up.. she was panting from pain earlier but has stopped... after she couldnt pee she would like her privates each time.. and they seem to be kind of twitching.. she just is uncomfortable and im really worried :(

Poor Tickle! If she is unable to pee, this is a medical emergency. It could be she is suffering from a urinary tract obstruction. Typically this occurs most often in male cats, but it can happen in female cats and signs include an inability to pee, severe pain (which she showed by panting), and vomiting. She needs veterinary care, as if she does have a urinary blockage, it is fatal without treatment. Please take her into a vet immediately.
