HI, thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! Poor Sindy! Some frogs and toads can be very toxic. I think that if she is showing no symptoms after playing with the frog she should be fine. The swelling on her cheek is possibly a tooth root abscess or an enlarged lymph node. If it was a tooth root abscess it would be further back than your last picture showed. The tooth can look normal. But on X-ray you can see the abscess. If the swelling is only on her right side that is likely the cause. I would take her to your Vet for an exam and consider sedating her to evaluate her teeth and X-ray the carnassial tooth and molars on the upper jaw. I hope this helps and I wish you the best!
