Apparently Hailey has a severe infection with intestinal worms. This is also likely the reason for thed diarrhea and the vomiting. She needs to be wormed now, and again in two weeks. You can buy a dog wormer at a pet shop or at your vet's office. Offer her fresh water several times a day, and feed her some canned food with water added. When she starts feeling better she will likely drink more. If she gets very dehydrated (pull up a skin fold and if it does not spring back into place immediately, then she is very dehydrated) she needs to get fluids from the vet.
