My male dog's penis is red, swollen, and he's licking/not eating.

Pet's info: Dog | Miniature Poodle | Male | unneutered | 11 months and 19 days old | 12 lbs

My question is I have a male miniature poodle. and I'm concerned that his penile/penis is red and swollen. and he's been licking often than usual and his appetite is not that great meaning that he has not been eating.

Poor Brownie! Yes this looks inflammed and painful. I recommend using a cone to stop the excess licking of the area and taking him in for an exam of his penis and a urinalysis. He may have a urinary or prostate infection, or an infection in the sheath or on the penis. I don't want this to get worse and him to get dehydrated from not eating or drinking so please get an exam soon.
