What is this red lump on my dog's eyelid and what to do?

I just noticed something in her eye, I don’t know what is that and what I can do? please I need help

If you are referring to the red raised area on the edge of her eye lid this is an infected eyelid cyst. Usually these do not cause problems and often go away without treatment. If it gets larger or starts to cause irritation to the eyeball resulting in eye discharge then a veterinary exam is indicated. They may treat it with ophthalmic antibiotic ointment. Sometimes these raised areas are benign masses that are surgically removed if they enlarge. Right now I would just keep watch of this and take her in if you see it enlarging or causing discomfort.
