My dog yelped playing tug and stumbled. Should I be worried?

Our dog a 3 year old black lab, today he was playing with his rope my husband was tugging it he helped randomly so we stopped assessed and nothing was wrong. Later today he got off the couch and stumbled but he is fine now. I just am concerened. Pet's info: Dog | Labrador Retriever | Male | neutered | 3 years and 3 months old | 100 lbs
