My puppy's eyes are cloudy after infection. What should I do?

I have two puppies 18 days old that had eye infection i used antibiotic drops eyes look better but cloudy how can i clear cloudness. Pet's info: Dog | Doberman Pinscher | Female | 18 days old | 1lb

Unfortunately the cloudiness may not completely clear up. I would have your vet take a look at them to ensure the infection is completely clear. If so, they may choose to do a eye drop that has steroids in it to help clear up the inflammation. You want to make sure it is safe to use steroid drops because they can actually make eye infections worse if not used properly. I hope this helps!
