Dog having bad reaction after shots & meds. Is this an emergency?

Hey, my dog got all her normal shots plus rabies shot today along with a shot for tapeworms. She hs a cut under her eye so she was also prescribed an antibiotic and a pain killer. She just pissed and pooped on herself, acted like she needed to throw up, and now won’t move. What should I do ? Is this normal side effects ? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Female | spayed | 4 years and 8 months old | 47 lbs

Willow could be having a vaccination reaction so I would highly recommend having her seen by your veterinarian as soon as possible. The nausea could be from the antibiotic but it would be best to have her checked out by the veterinarian. I hope Willow gets better soon!
