My new 2lb maltipoo puppy is lethargic, vomiting, not eating. Is this normal?

Just got a 9 week maltipoo yesterday. She’s super Lethargic and threw up. She appears to be pooping and peeing just fine but she’s barely eating. Is this normal. She only weighs 2 lbs. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Female | unspayed | 2 months and 2 days old | 2 lbs

It is very concerning when a puppy who is 2 lbs isn't feeling well. It can take time for puppies to adjust to their new surroundings but I don't like how she is very lethargic and vomited. Puppies can become hypoglycemic (low glucose) and can actually have seizures from this. I would recommend bringing Bella to a veterinarian as soon as possible to make sure she is ok.
