In such a small and young kitten, not drinking can lead to dehydration quite quickly. You did the right thing taking her to the vet but I am not sure what tests were perfomed. If your Vet has not done so already, blood work, urinalysis and possibly X-rays are indicated. If your kitten is still not drinking within the next 12 to 24 hours, you should have her rechecked by your veterinarian.

Hi, thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! I would have her rechecked if she is still not eating. Cats shouldn't go more than 2-3 days with out eating as they can get very sick with a secondary liver problem. I would have blood work done, a belly X-ray, check her stool for worms and check her for feline leukemia and FIV. Possible causes are: intestinal parasites, viral or bacterial infection, she ate something that is stuck, FIP, Feline Leukemia, FIV, pancreatitis, intestinal disease, ate a toxin causing kidney or liver problems, a fever and many other things. You can try tempting her with different foods. meat flavored baby foods and canned tuna. But I highly recommend having her rechecked if she hasn't eaten in more than 2 days. i wish you the best!
