My puppy's 5-in-1 shot didn't fully go in. Is she still protected?

Is this normal? We have her a 5 in 1 shot a few days ago but a lot of the medicine didn’t go in her because we didn’t know if it was in her skin or not but we did put a good amount in her. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Large (61lb +) | Female | unspayed | 3 months and 6 days old | 5 lbs

Her stool looks pretty normal. I do recommend having a veterinarian check it to make sure there are no parasites. I also recommend having a veterinarian administer vaccinations to make sure they were administered properly and handled properly. That way you can make sure Lelah is fully protected.
