Can my black lab contract Malassezia on her nose from me.

It is possible but not common. The species of Malassezia that is typically harbored by dogs is different that the one carried by humans. That being said, an immunocompromised dog (or immunocompromised person for that matter) would be at greater risk of contracting it, and there are scientifically documented cases of such transmissions.
