My dog is very sick and I have no money for a vet. How can I help?

I dont have that much money enough to check my dog in a clinic what can I do if he is sick. He did not want to eat, he breath hardly, He just lay down, his mouth has some bubles and his eyes is changing it turns out to white. Last day I saw his back legs are bleeding. I want to help him. What will I do? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Male | 2 years and 5 months old | 14 lbs
