My dog is very sick: weak, not eating, breathing hard, bleeding.

I dont know what was happening in my dog but now his mouth bubling, thers a lot of bubble, his is weak, he dont want to eat, he breathe hardly. This past 2 day his back legs are bleeding i dont know whats happening to him. What will I do? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Male | 2 years and 5 months old | 14 lbs
