My dog is not eating, acting sad, and has foul breath. What's wrong?

My dog has not been acting like herself the past two days. She stopped licking, she hasn't been eating well, she has been acting "sad". She is usually extremely energetic. She doesn't appear to have anything stuck in her mouth. Her eyes aren't yellow. She has a foul odor around her mouth. (Like a rotten animal) and she has thrown up at least one time that we can tell. Pet's info: Dog | Yorkshire Terrier | Female | spayed | 8 lbs

Poor Rosie. This foul odor around her mouth could be due to a broken tooth or an infected tooth, and that would prevent her from eating well. It would also make her lethargic. She needs to see a vet now, please take her into one immediately.
