My Great Dane has a growing, painless lump on his side. What is it?

Good Evening, our 2 year old Great Dane has a lump on his left side by his rib cage. He was fine on the Sunday and the Monday evening we noticed the lump, it looks like it is getting bigger. When we touch it he shows no signs of discomfort or pain. Do you have an idea what it might be? And any advice how we can help him. Pet's info: Dog | Great Dane | Male | unneutered | 2 years and 2 months old | 100 lbs

This could be a cyst or an abscess. Without seeing Titus in person, I can't say for sure what this lump is, so I would have him seen by a vet to have this diagnosed and treated. I'd take him into a vet tomorrow since it's getting bigger.
