I could not find any information on our veterinary information network that would suggest that Selenite in this product is causing any toxicity concerns in pets. There is some research ongoing in farm animals though. I would try Pet Poison Helpline to see if they have any current findings to help put your mind at ease. Their number is (855) 764-7661 However, this is a veterinary product that has been tested and deemed safe for animals, so I would be surprised if there are any negative connotations against it. The dose found in this medication likely is too low to be of toxicity concerns. Also medications don't cause stones, inability to metabolize food properly is the cause for stone formation in dogs. Best of luck moving forward with your pet Chhutki and her medication. Take care. : )
