Why does my dog have spikes on his lower lip and drool from one side?

My dog is a 3 year old black Labrador. He has recently developed spikes on the right side of his lower lips. The saliva tends to drool from that side. Pet's info: Dog | Labrador Retriever | Male | unneutered | 2 years and 11 months old | 75 lbs
