My kitten hurt her lip. Will a cat lip injury heal on its own?

Hello! Our local vet us currently unreachable and our situation is not so good financially, so here's my question. Our 6 months old kitten recently ran into a door trying to fetch a toy (slippery hardwood floor) and hurt her lower lip doing so. Vets can get very expensive and we can't really afford a big procedure right now, so we were wondering if this is an injury that can heal by itself or should we really look into booking a surgery appointment? I hope the picture attaches.
