My 11 month old shih-tzu scratches different parts of her body. She has a sore just developed over night on top of her head

It sounds as though she may have allergies or some other skin condition. I would recommend having her examined by a veterinarian so that the most appropriate diagnostic and treatment recommendations can be made. She may have skin mites that need treatment.
