Hello I was wondering what I could do to help my dog with an ear infection? Is there any medicine i could give her. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Large (61lb +) | Female | spayed | 70 lbs

However, the concern with just starting an ear medication without examining the ear canals is that you may be administering ear medications in an ear with a ruptured ear drum.
