Why is my cat hiding, not eating, and won't walk or be touched?

Rosemary is normally a peppy cat. Tonight, she began hiding from me, not walking, and refusing to eat. She meows and whines whenever she is picked up. Pet's info: Cat | American Bobtail | Female | spayed | 7 lbs
