My dog pees in her kennel. Is her crate too big? What to do?

So my dog keeps peeing in her kennel. I have started making more frequent potty breaks and that has helped some. But she still has accidents about twice a week. So I have thought about getting her a smaller kennel. She is in a 42’’ wire kennel. She can lay in a ball in the corner of it and not take up much room. She is too tall for a smaller kennel. What should I do? Also she had had all her bloodwork done and nothing is wrong. She is 30’’ tall and 30’’ long. Pet's info: Dog | Boxer | Female | unspayed | 2 years and 5 months old | 3.4 lbs
