Is my dog's rash related to his vomiting, diarrhea, and confusion?

3 different vets said they weren’t sure what this rash was caused from.....Wednesday he was vomiting, Thursday he started having severe diarrhea, confusion and stopped eating food, then Saturday evening is when I first noticed him starting to breakout. Im curious to know if the rash has any relation to the other symptoms. He is taking Flagly and CEFPODOXIME and is much better now, but the rash is a mystery. Pet's info: Dog | Chinese Crested Hairless | Male | neutered | 10 years and 3 months old | 12 lbs
