French Bulldog wheezing and throwing up yellow vomit. What should I do?

My french bulldog is making wheezing noises and has thrown up watery vomit three times today. One time was bright yellow. I have videos of the sounds he’s making. Pet's info: Dog | French Bulldog | Male | unneutered | 5 years and 9 months old | 26 lbs

Poor Maximus. You can try a home remedy for him to see if that helps. Feed him a bland diet of boiled white meat chicken (no bones) and white rice in small amounts several times a day for a couple of days. Then slowly add back in his normal diet. If he refuses to eat the bland diet, he vomits the bland diet, develops diarrhea, stops drinking water, starts vomiting water, or becomes very lethargic, he will need to see a vet right away.
