my cat is on heat and she remains VERY sick while on heat. my vet sugested to get her operated while on heat. my questn is, is it safe? and my cat is very sick very lethargic can she die during operat4on? my anxiety is 10000%. Pet's info: Cat | Persian | Female | spayed | 11 months and 5 days old

Any animal can die from any operation, just like any person could. There is never a guarantee. That being said, the chance of her passing from surgery is extremely low - like less than 0.001%. I agree with your vet that she should be done right away. You can’t continue letting her be sick. I know you are anxious but you need to do what is best for her.
